1. Overview
At sunaar, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within the time frame mentioned below, subject to the conditions in this policy.
2. Return Window & Eligibility

You have 1 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 1 day of delivery.

Some items may be non-returnable (e.g., custom-made, personalized, or hygiene-sensitive items). These will be clearly marked as “No Returns”.

Gold-plated items are returnable only if damaged during shipment.

Damage must be reported within 1 day of delivery.

After 3 days, gold-plated items cannot be returned for any reason.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Sunaar will cover or reimburse the return shipping.

For change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Inspection & Approval
After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it. Items that do not meet our return conditions may be refused or partially refunded.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
4. Exchanges & Replacements
To exchange an item (e.g., for a different color or size), follow the standard return process and place a new order. Defective or damaged items may be replaced depending on stock availability.

6. Restocking Fees
We normally do not charge restocking fees. However, a small deduction may apply if the return is missing packaging, parts, or shows signs of wear.
7. International Returns
Customers returning items from outside Pakistan are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds will not include any non-refundable import fees paid initially.
8. Seasonal & Promotional Returns
During holidays or special promotions, we may extend the return window (e.g., 45–60 days). Any extended policy will be mentioned on the relevant promotion or product page.
